Whether you’re planning a birthday, wedding, anniversary, or any special gathering, our Barn provides a charming, rustic setting that’s full of character and Somerset warmth.

 

Venue Details

Available: Sunday to Thursday

Hire Time: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Capacity: Up to 200 guests

Facilities: Fully licensed bar (all drinks purchased from the Barn only)

 

Food Options

We offer a variety of catering choices – please see our menu for current options.

Pre-paid food vouchers are available for guests.

Buffet-style catering is not permitted for food safety reasons.

External caterers are welcome, provided they hold a minimum 4★ hygiene rating and meet all food safety standards. Please contact us to confirm details.

 

Drinks

All drinks must be purchased from the Barn.

Choose between pre-paid bar tabs or guest drink vouchers (arranged in advance).

Personal drinks are not permitted anywhere on the licensed premises.

 

Music

Live music and DJs are welcome, with performances to finish by 11:00 PM.

Please note that techno, drum & bass, and other heavy bass genres are not permitted.

A sound limiter is installed to help manage volume — performers should be made aware before the event.

Additional Information

While the Barn is not offered for exclusive hire, your event will not be advertised publicly, ensuring a relaxed and private atmosphere.

Campsite and pub guests may occasionally wander over to enjoy the music — something many organisers say adds to the friendly, sociable feel that makes Tuckers so special.
