The Barn at Tuckers offers a relaxed, rustic setting full of character, making it ideal for birthdays, parties, family gatherings, wedding celebrations, and other special occasions. With plenty of space, a warm atmosphere, and the charm of Tuckers all around, it is a venue that feels welcoming from the moment your guests arrive.

The Barn can hold up to 250 guests and has a stage area for live bands and DJs.

(Music must finish by 11pm, and a noise limiter is in place to ensure sound levels remain within agreed limits)

Our bar is fully stocked with local ciders, beers, spirits, and soft drinks, and we can also help with food options to suit your event, from token-based meals from our Parlour menu to ploughman-style buffets 

​

One of the real benefits of celebrating at Tuckers is that guests can stay on-site too. Camping pitches are available to book in advance using your group name, and our holiday cottage may also be available for those wanting a little extra comfort.

The Barn provides a dedicated space for your event, while Tuckers remains a working pub and campsite, so there may be other guests elsewhere on site during your booking. Midweek events are generally quieter and feel more relaxed, while Fridays tend to be busier and have more of a lively atmosphere.

Barn hire is £250 per night, or £500 for full-day hire.

Available Sunday - Friday

A refundable damages deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking,

and full payment is required when booking is made.

Patio heaters are available to hire at £25 each per night.

no outside food or drink may be brought onto the premises.

The Barn and surrounding gardens are fully licensed;

bringing your own alcohol is not permitted.
